Lodging
For pre/post conference lodging (1-3 days pre/post conference), delegates can avail of the discounted rate of $49 (double occupancy) per day plus resort fee plus tax SUBJECT TO WESTGATE'S ROOM AVAILABILITY. Delegates can avail of these rates by sending an email to cfclvconference2019@gmail.com with your requested hotel check-in/check-out dates.
Important message:
Your conference registration has to be PAID before we can request your pre/post booking.
Pre/Post booking will be paid directly to Westgate Hotel upon check in. You will not be charged for your Friday (7/5) and Saturday (7/6) hotel stays as these are already paid for as part of the registration fee.
Food
Your registration fee includes Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday breakfast.
Friday dinner
There are a variety of dining options within driving distance of Westgate. Google or Yelp to search for restaurants in the area.
Breakfast - Saturday and Sunday
Buffet breakfast will be served at "Fresh Buffet" between 6:00am - 8:30 am.
Westgate is opening the buffet earlier to accommodate our group.
Beginning 7 am, "Fresh Buffet" will then be open to other hotel guests as well.
No conference/buffet food are to be brought to the hotel rooms.
