Registration Fee
REGISTRATION COST is per couple: includes hotel accommodation, complimentary parking, 4 meals (from Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner to Sunday breakfast) and 2 Conference T-Shirts.
Resort fee is not included which means that there is no wifi and no use of amenities like swimming pool/fitness area, etc. Delegates who want Wireless Internet in their room, access to the Cardio Room for 2 adults, use of in-room safe, local & toll free domestic (800) calls must pay Westgate directly for the Resort fee of $33.99 plus 13.38% tax/ day.
NOTE: There is NO Commuter Rate or Registration-Only Rate for the conference. Everyone’s registration fee includes hotel accommodations.

3. Credit Card via Stripe
Only Visa and Mastercard credit cards will be accepted as there is a higher surcharge for Amex payments.
A surcharge of 2.2% of grand total + $0.30 cents charge per transaction will be added to the total payment due.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made prior to June 6, 2019.
While we regret that you will miss the conference, we understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that will preclude your participation. Should you need to cancel your registration, please contact the registration team at cfclvconference2019@gmail.com to request for a refund prior to June 6, 2019). If you cancel after that time, we may not be able to refund the full registration fee (minus transaction fees) due to material expenses incurred related to your registration. We may also not be able to refund the conference t-shirt fee if the t-shirts have already been ordered.
